An advertising producer turned yoga teacher, Akriti Sahni is currently based in Kolkata. Life shifted her focus from passion to purpose and she considers herself fortunate enough to have recognised her calling early on. Its been 5 years of practising, teaching, sharing this ancient gift of yoga with people all over India and abroad. Her goal is to empower her students to make an enquiry into their true self. Her teachings are based on traditional methods of Hatha yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle.
