Yoga has the power to transform your body & mind. The purpose of hatha yoga is to keep the yoga aspirant healthy and free from disease in order to facilitate the practice of raja yoga as given by Patanjali for the purification of the mind. We have 360 joints, 206 bones, 380 muscles, 150 trillion cells, and 14 trillion neurons. This deep purification of the body makes the job of purifying the mind much easier. After all, a flexible mind is just as important as a flexible body!
We practice & teach the traditional Yoga for Groups & Individual sessions at various locations.
